Queen Camilla made the comments on a visit to a farmer’s market, meeting young girls who made signs for Princess Kate.

This comes after the Princess of Wales announced in a video message to the public that she had cancer.

The Princess also revealed that she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy.

Princess Kate has received an outpour of support from the public following her announcement.
